Winter Spiti Escapade Tour Details

“The Middle Land” or “The Place of Mane – Jewel” you can call it a Heaven for travellers and wandering souls from across the Globe, this piece of Paradise lies in the North Western Himalayas in the State of Himachal Pradesh. The Cold Dessert of Spiti is harsh and unforgiving in the winters and travelling to this winter wonderland, the idea is nothing short of Crazy but this is what real adventure actually is, way to far away from your comfort zone. Travelling on frozen roads to one of the most desolate places in India with Temperatures plummeting to as low as -30 to -40 Degrees Celsius makes this trip as crazy as it sounds. The entire Terrain will be white and frozen and yet people live here and this is what we are offering an experience so rare and unheard off that its not for everyone. Only the Brave and Strong minded folks who have the capability to brave these harsh conditions and still enjoy the experience can survive in these conditions. We will be surviving on basic amenities necessary for human survival with only Comfort being a warm place to sleep and only Luxury will be a hot meal at the end of the day and off course the breakfast.

Our Winter trip is meticulously curated and planned in a way that we make this adventure accessible to our travellers, the trip will take you from Shimla to Tribal Region of Kinnaur and Spiti, as we move closer to Spiti the Temperatures keeps on dropping with every meter we gain in Altitude. To ensure the sustainability of this adventure we are using Local Drivers from Spiti Region itself and all the stays will be in Local Homestays owned and run by locals. The experience will be just like how the locals live in the region in one of the harshest environment known to men. No Water, Possibly no electricity, possibility of getting stuck along the way or at a place is relatively high so please plan your trip with a day or two extra as buffer days. This 8 Day Adventure will test your nerves and will be etched in your memory forever.
